What is 10-HDA Royal Jelly and why is it important?

• 10-HDA stands for 10-Hydroxy-2-Deconoic Acid. This is a standard of measurement developed by the Japanese as a way to assure the potency and freshness of Royal Jelly: both fresh and lypholized. (The Japanese consume 90% of the Royal Jelly in the world). High quality fresh Royal Jelly contains approximately 67% water, 20% crude protein and 2% 10-HDA. We use only 10-HDA Royal Jelly in our products.

How much Total Bee Plus should I take every day?

• The recommended daily amount of Total Bee is 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the afternoon. People come in many shapes and sizes, and some take more and some less. You may want to experiment to find out what may be best for you.

Is there a difference between Capsules and Caplets?

• Yes, definitely. Caplets are compressed tablets and can go through and exit from the body without completely dissolving, thereby limiting the amount of nutrient you get from it. Vegetable- base capsules dissolve in about 60 seconds sending their nutrients almost instantly into your bloodstream giving you full nutrient value for your money.
